A legal disclaimer

1. Overview
Unread is a digital message scheduling and delivery service. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

2. Account Responsibility
Users must register and maintain accurate information. Each account is responsible for the integrity of its scheduled messages.

3. Message Content
Users are solely responsible for the content of their messages. We prohibit unlawful, abusive, threatening, or infringing material.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Basic Plan: $5 per message per recipient. (Schedule delivery date within 1 year of message created date.)
- Extensions: $1/year or part thereof.
Lifetime Plan: $20 for 1 message, 3 recipients.
Platinum Plan: $50 for unlimited messages and recipients.
Refunds: 50% refund if cancelled before scheduled send date. No refunds after message has been sent.

5. Delivery Assurance
Unread will make all reasonable efforts to deliver your message on the specified date. We will contact users 1 month in advance, and weekly thereafter. If no response is received, the message will be sent as scheduled.

6. Data Storage
Messages and media are stored securely. Maximum storage is 100MB per message. Unread reserves the right to delete expired or cancelled content after 1 year.

7. Termination
Unread may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

8. Modifications
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updates.
