Unread is a digital time capsule service that lets you write a message today and schedule it to be delivered to your loved ones in the future — whether it's next year, in 10 years, or even longer.

❓ How does it work?

1. Choose a message type: Quick, Legacy, or Unlimited Plan

2. Write your message and choose your future delivery date

3. Add recipients (email)

4. We’ll store it securely and send it out at the right time

Before we send, we’ll remind you 1 month before the delivery date, followed by weekly emails. If we don’t hear back, the message will be sent as planned.

You can send:

• Personal letters for your children, spouse, or future self

• Messages for birthdays, weddings, or milestones

• Goodbyes, confessions, or messages for after you're gone

• Anything meaningful that deserves to be heard at the right time

❓ Can I change or cancel my message later?

Yes. You can log in and:

• Edit or update your message

• Change the delivery date

• Cancel your message

If you cancel before it’s sent or read, you’ll receive a 50% refund of what you've paid so far.

❓ Will I be reminded before the message is sent?

Yes. We’ll remind you:

• 1 month before the scheduled delivery date

• Then once a week until the message is sent

If we don’t hear from you, your message will still be delivered as planned.

❓ Can I use images or attachments in my message?

Yes, you can upload a file (max 100MB). This can be a photo, video, document, etc. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, MP4, PDF, and more.

❓ Is my data secure?

Yes. Your message is stored securely in our private database and only sent to your chosen recipients on the date you selected. Your data is never shared with third parties.

❓ What happens if I stop responding to reminders?

If we don’t hear from you, your message will still be sent automatically on your chosen date. That’s the beauty of a time capsule — it keeps going even if you’re no longer around.

❓ Can I pay using PayNow?

Yes. We support PayNow and may add other methods in the future.

❓ Can I use this for someone else?

Absolutely. Many people use Unread to:

• Write to their children

• Leave something behind for their spouse

• Say something meaningful while they still can

You choose the recipient emails, and we’ll deliver it for you — when it’s time.
